We all know that 'Eat well, live well', but how can we eat well? particularly for people who are dieting, some of them think as less as they eat then they would get slim and sexy status, and finally they turn into Anorexia and Bulimia, and body has been completely destroyed, even some one die in eating disorder, it sounds very shocked and scary, but unfortunately it is ture, as friend of mine, after is death i realized the importance of health and regular eating. anyway, i dont want this tragdy happens again, and i did some reserach of the health dieting menus for dieters, hopefully they can find out suitable menus for themselves, now i am going to introduce some menus for breakfirst:

Diet Oatmeasl

Cook one serving of Oatmeal (instant, regular or minute) as directed on package. Sweeten with Splenda. Add Parkay no calorie butter spray. (Serves one for about 150 calories)

Tiny Toast

Spray bread with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray. Then cook using any of the following methods:
  • Stovetop
  • Toaster
  • Under Broiler

Bacon & Eggs

Bacon and eggs can fit into most diet plans. Even for restricted diet plans, egg substitute and low sodium turkey bacon can be substituted for fresh eggs and bacon.

Here are a few more bacon and egg tips:

  • Use 1 egg plus 1 egg white rather than two eggs as cholesterol is contained in the yolk
  • Cook fried eggs in non-stick panusing non-stick cooking spray
  • Blot excess grease from cooked bacon
  • Cook bacon in microwave when possible as this cooking process helps to remove grease from bacon.
  • Salt eggs
  • lightly.

French Toast

Ingredients for this low calorie, low fat recipe are:

  • White Bread
  • 1 small carton of Egg Substitute plus 1/2 cup skimmed milk
  • Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Sugar Free Syrup
  • Ground Cinnamon

Dip bread into egg mixture. Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray and cook toast, turning when golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon if desired. Serve with warm sugar free syrup.

Hopefully one of them siuts you, next time i will find out more health dieting for you...
