Chinese Diet Green Tea

I have talked about health dieting, this time I am going to talk about the benefits of green tea. In China drinking tea is so popular, why is so popular? Because Chinese green tea has been known to be very beneficial to human health and Green Tea has proven cancer-fighting abilities and is known to boost the immune system, helping to fight viruses and infection-causing bacteria. Studies have also shown that fluoride-rich teas help prevent tooth decay. However what makes Chinese green tea different from all other teas?

Chinese green tea is produced from Camellia sinensis, the same plant where the oolong and black tea are derived. Yet, even though they all come from the same herb, the Chinese green tea truly stands out as an exceptional health drink. So what makes Chinese green tea different? The difference lies in the method by which Chinese green tea is produced. Oolong and black tea leaves are traditionally oxidized and then dried while the Chinese green tea leaves are steamed and then dried. This method of producing Chinese green tea actually preserves most of the beneficial antioxidants present in it.

Chinese Green Tea for Health

While it is already common knowledge that Chinese green tea has several health benefits, modern scientists were able to provide several concrete proofs of the positive effects of Chinese green tea. Chinese green tea antioxidants are said to be the ones responsible for making the Chinese green tea very beneficial. Recent findings show that the antioxidants in Chinese green tea can reduce cholesterol levels in a person; can improve how blood vessels function; and can reduce blood lipids. It was also discovered that Chinese green tea can have an anti-inflammatory effects and may provide protection against cardiovascular diseases.

Chinese Green Tea for Weight Loss

Significant findings were made that pointed to the benefits of Chinese green tea in weight loss. According to the researchers of the University of Geneva, Chinese green tea has thermogenic properties which aid much in weight loss. In their study, they investigated the weight loss benefits of Chinese green tea by observing the interaction between the caffeine in Chinese green tea and a compound called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). When these two substances in Chinese green tea react, thermogenesis of the body increases by four percent. The tendency of Chinese green tea to enhance metabolic rates has given people reason to believe that Chinese green tea has weight loss benefits as well. Another study concerning the weight loss benefits of Chinese green tea was also conducted. The results of the research showed that Chinese green tea drinkers have a better propensity for weight loss. Drinking Chinese green tea allows the body to burn an additional 70 calories a day, a feat that weight loss enthusiasts would relish.

Have a cup of green tea and experience the benefit from that!

Dieting not only for women

Dieting is popular topic which women normally would love to talk; however, dieting is not only for women but also for men, some of people wonder why men also need to diet; it seems not to be men’s conversation, actually the battle of the bulge is harder for men than women and men would not like to share their fat-fighting experience face-to-face as women do. Obviously fat is also an issue for male and at the present lots of men are overweight in the world. For me I have never been on a diet and even intent to, because healthy is much more important than sexy status, but I have ever indented to go to gym in order to look like real man, but I didn’t excuse the plan. Recently the amount of dieting of male has been rapidly increased, what cause this situation? And do men also pursue the sexy status or good-looking as women do? Obviously some of them want to have a sexy status, but most of them who are following a dieting because of the doctor’s advice, they are overweight. Through this sense I can know that most of men are on dieting because they want to health, in other words for men, healthy is much more important than temporarily good-looking.

Slim status or health body

Most of people in the world try so hard to find the most effective ways of dieting combined with which suits them best, no matter how much money and time they spend on the diet, they only concentrate on being slim and achieving a sexy status with complete ignorance of the health effects of the diet. I know a girl who is my friend, in reality she is not fat at all, but every day she still eats like a mouse, and always complains she is getting fat. One thing she certainly does every day is that she looks in the mirror and says she looks fat, although the scale says she's losing weight. Once I asked her whether her health or her slim status is more important to her, she answered immediately that although health is important, her slim status is more important. I think this is the answer most people would give to me,especially for women. Seemingly diet is a popular topic in today’s society; people regularly (mostly female) talk about their success or failures in the world of eternal diets. Could this be as a result of the body image portrayed by the media as desirable and sexy that has become uppermost in young impressionable teenage girls minds as what they should aim to look like, at any cost. I can understand and support doctor or dietician designed diets if some one is overweight, and needs to lose weight, otherwise they will suffer from high blood pressure and other illness’s which are caused by excess weight. But for some one who has a normal healthy body, they still try to lose weight, they always think they are fat, and eventually can develop eating disorders, finally their bodies are destroyed by the unhealthy practices that desperate people follow, some even die like that friend of mine did. It sounds very horrible and sad, however, it happens every where. I can not convince people to stop this performance, but I will try to show the true and terrible examples of the consequences of an unhealthy diet to every one who has visited and will visit my blog in the future, hopefully you can share your feelings on this subject, experience or opinions about this issue. I would love to hear from you and hopefully more and more people can join the discussion and help to figure out a good way to help people avoid making dangerous mistakes.
